What is your minimum order? |
|
Our minimum is 1000pcs/color. Smaller orders are also negotiable. |

Can I have your catalogues and samples? What is your sampling cost and sampling time? |
|
Yes, samples and catalogues are offered on request. The samples (with limited quantity) are offered free of charge, but we require freight COLLECT via courier express. It usually takes us 6-10 days to finish the samples. |

What is your lead-time for mass production? |
| For a 20¨container (30k pcs caps or 40k pcs hats), our lead-time is 20-35 days. |

Can I make my own logo to the caps? What shall I do? |
|
You can make your logos to the caps. You are required to send us the artwork (with proper size and good resolution) and size of your logo (we change the logos proportionally and you can only specify height or width instead of specifying both at the same time). |

How should I make an inquiry with you? |
|
It is easy to work with us. 1) Choose the style (both yours or ours); 2) select the fabric (marking the specification or let us choose the proper fabric for you); 3) give us your logo (specify the size, flat or 3-D or else); 4) give us the quantity for each style and each color, you can enjoy a competitive price from the direct manufacturer in the earliest time. |

How will you treat our logos, artworks, trade mark, copyright and other business information? |
|
We keep customers business information confidential and we respect intellectual copyrights. All the logos shown on our caps and in our catalogues are for demonstration only. The logo suppliers must make sure they are providing the logos/trademarks in compliance with laws regarding trademark and copyright. We will be exempt from any liability occurred. |

How do you pack the caps and hats? |
|
For caps/hats, we usually pack 12pcs/plastic bag, 24pcs/inner box and 144pcs/export carton. The carton measurement is around 0.12CUM, G.W.:15kgs and N.W.:12kgs.(All figures are for evaluation only.) |

What is your payment mode? |
|
We prefer T/T (telegraphic transfer) for goods value less than USD10, 000(30% down payment before mass production and the balance against copy of B/L). Irrevocable L/C at sight for goods value over USD10,000. |

What is your productivity? |
| Our productivity is 300,000pcs cap each month. |
| Where are you located? |
| Our production base is in Jiangsu province(3- hours ride north of Shanghai) and our marketing office is in downtown of Shanghai. |

| what is your minimum order quantity? |
| Our minimum order is 100pcs/color. There is no set-up charges if you choose our designs. Otherwise the set-up cost is USD20/colorway for printed ties( free of charge for quantity over 1200pcs) and USD50/design for woven ties( free of charge for quantity over 400pcs). |
| May I have your samples? what is the sampling time? |
| Samples are offered on request. The samples (with limited quantity) are offered free of charge, but we require freight COLLECT via courier express. It usually takes us 10 days to finish the samples. |
| How do you pack the ties? |
| We usually pack 50pcs/inner box and 150pcs/carton. size:80*35*65cm, GW:10kgs |
| What is your productivity? |
| The factory's productivity is 4000pcs/day. |
